How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information to the email address attached to your account when you placed your order. All orders can be tracked by visiting

What is your return and/or exchange policy?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines all sales are final. In the event that we are responsible we shall process an exchange based on the situation. However, you must notify us within 48 hours after your item has been delivered to discuss any issues or defects.

How long before I recieve my items?

The United States Postal Service (USPS) as its primary shipping method. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on federal holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.
